ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.
If you wish to return an online item for a credit note or exchange, this must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
To request a return please contact email@example.com to obtain an authorisation form. Your return will be processed within 14 days of being received.
Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability. If the item you would like to exchange for has been discontinued and/or is not in stock we will issue you a credit upon arrival.
Any items bought during a Clearance, Sample or Sale promotion are final sale. Any custom orders are also final sale due to the nature of being made per request.
If believe your item is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos to identify the issue. Please note, your window of exchange for faulty items is within 3 months of purchase date.
The cost of returning items for the purpose of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty. We are not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.
